Job advert: 1st Level and 2nd Level IT-Supporter (External Consultant)

As we continue to grow, we are always looking for skilled 1st level and 2nd level IT support professionals to work as external consultants for our customers.

The position: As our new permanent IT supporter, you will be responsible for providing first-class technical support directly at our customers’ locations. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers’ IT systems run smoothly and efficiently, and you will be the face of the company in these engagements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level and 2nd level support directly to customers.
  • Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware and networks on site.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their unique IT needs and challenges.
  • Escalate more complex cases to the internal 2nd level support team.
  • Monitor and maintain the customer’s IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Document and update support procedures and solutions based on customer-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with IT support and a relevant education.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel to different customer locations.
  • Experience working in a consulting role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
